I've been a firefighter for 18 years now and on the day of the 9/11 attacks, our department was deployed to NYC as we are located 9 miles west of Manhattan. We help with search and rescue as well as recovery. I was a powerlifter for many years and 5 years ago I switched over to bodybuilding. It wasn't until last year that my friend and trainer encouraged me to compete. With his knowledge and training advice I did my first two shows and took home 4th and 3rd one week apart. I'm considered lucky to have a trainer who recently got his IFBB pro card and with what I have learned have passed it on to others. I like to help people as it's part of my nature. Aside from bodybuilding my Harley comes in 2nd and I enjoy riding and am a member of a pretty 'intense' MC. If I'm not training, riding or bustin' may ass as a firefighter I help other firefighters with side jobs or try to complete my own tasks around home. Winter sucks !! It just started around here..Can't wait for an early spring so I can enjoy the outdoors again with family and friends. Any questions? Don't hesitate..I'll Try to help.. 'AXE'
