I am a avid lifter I usually go to the Gym 5 times a week.  I serve my country proudly have been for 16 years.  I started to really train and listen to my body about 5 years ago.

I really wanted to try strongman but at 40 years young I may just have to stick to power-lifting training.  I lift to maintain and relieve stress.  I also would like to get my certificate to be a physical trainer.  I like helping others with their fitness goals.

I hope to get to know some people to share information with you all. Recently I have tried to use cross-fit techniques to help me w/ my goals.  Have a tire and a sledgehammer and I'm good to go.

Training to maintain,

Stephen

Yeah, I gotta stay humble with it and take it slow so I dont injure it again. It's just been so long since I've been able to bench without pain.

Hello ! Thanks for stopping over to my page. 40 is awesome actually. i am embracing it. i feel better, stronger and happier at 40 then i did at 25, 30 or 35. oh, yeah and i am looking better too ! i hate to be so full of myself but damn - i have worked so hard and losing weight and toning up that i am so proud of myself. i wish that other people in my life would understand the benefits of proper diet and exercise. i am in no means done i am just beginning! Hugs, Kiki ps- thanks for serving our country :)

Thanks for the kind words!  Lol, I've always been partial toward anyone who can rock a big squat, so it's good to hear from you.

What do you do in the military?

Please keep in touch, and in the meantime, have a great week!

Best,

Jan
