My breast surgery is over. It"s been six months. My surgery was on July 5th. But I"m going to start focusing on working out and toning up: (I have gotten so off track). I would love any encouragement, support or help!!!!!

My stats: Jan 2, 2008 (I can"t believe I"m posting these......eeeewwwwyyyy)

Goal: (realistic)
120-130 lbs. Depending on muscle.
chest: 32DD or 34D

With my body frame. The smallest I have ever been is a size 2/4 (depending on clothes) and 121 lbs.

Equipment I"m using:
Treadmill, weight bench with free weights, ball, hand weights, jump rope.

My Exercise Program:
Working out 7 days a week. 4 days cardio, 1 day upper body, 2 days lower body. Everyday Abs. (This may be altered to enhance work out)

Body Fat %: 24.6
Water %: 55.0

BREAST SURGERY INFORMATION:
Let"s see here! I just got a BA on July 5th. Everything went pretty well. I went with 425 HP, silicone, under muscle, crease. I changed it at the last minute. Originally I was going with 371 Mod"s... So, lets see if I made the right decision....

I have been wanting boobs for a couple of years now. I have been doing research and looked at a million boobs..

I found my doctor and everything was great!

Now I"m just recovering. I"m still hard and tight. And waiting for them to look great. They still have a funky shape to them. I still can"t believe it though! I have boobs!
