Oh! My babies! Moto and Suki.
A little about me:
I'm a 36-year-old stay-at-home mom. I have 2 beautiful children with the love of my life husband. We've been married 11 years. I've been madly in love with him since Day One. He is my best friend, lover and everything to me.
I am a complete dork! Really, I like horror movies, Yahtzee with hubby, having coffee with friends, playing Bingo with my mom, watching my kids grow, getting flowers from my husband, feeling sexy, 'stripper' shoes (LOL!), conquering a difficult crossword or sudoku, learning new things, a good pinot noir, gardening, road trips, casinos, frogs, Lewis Black, Bettie Page, tattoos, puppy smell, the way my house looks when I go on a rampage cleaning, summer time, bbqs, hosting parties, kitchen gadgets, cooking and being a domestic diva in my own right. I have a few really close friends. I love each and every one of them dearly and would gladly give them my last dollar. I think college is an over rated institution. (I went for 5 years.) I'm a liberal, but not 'hippy-liberal.' A lot of my friends are gay. And I've done just about every type of job out there. That's me in a nutshell.
Before my BA I was a boy-flat 34A. I have saline 640cc HPs, partial sub-muscular with crease incision bringing me to a 34DD/E. I am very happy with my new figure. So much in fact that I'm taking better care of myself these days. This includes diet and exercise. I'm not 'on a diet.' I don't believe in them.I've tried several diets, pills, starvation... Thing is the results are only temporary and in the end it slows your metabolism. The key to losing weight and keeping it off is eating. You need to eat to keep that metabolism trucking. I love to cook! Over the past year or so I've learned to substitute ingredients in my favorite dishes with healthier alternatives. As a general rule I stay away from processed sugars, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils and fats, white flour and fast food. I make sure to include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish (particularly salmon) and whole grains in my diet.
I began eating this way last year to lose weight. I was getting too close to the 150 mark. I'm only 5'2', so that's way too much. I loosely stuck to it, and then at my last physical I learned that my cholesterol is alarmingly high. It's genetic for me, but I still have to watch it. On top of my new way of cooking, I eat flax seed and take fish oil caplets every day. I find that when I stick to this way of eating I don't crave junk. I must admit that sometimes I fall off the wagon, but try to get right back on the program. Plus... I exercise every single day now. (I've lost 3 pounds in the last week alone!) Not bad for a reformed computer junkie.
I'm also into tattooing and body piercing. I have 3 tattoos and a couple of piercings.
Hello there. Hope you been well. I have not been here In ages but hope to keep In touch better this year.
