Steroids Alternatives – Diet, Training, Prohormones & More

DaneFletcher
Anabolic steroids are some seriously powerful agents, which cannot be denied. Throughout their brief 60-year history, they have converted men from skinny bone racks into champion bodybuilders. We’ve seen world-class track and field records that stood for centuries fall each year, over and over, as the men on the field have found ways to evolve almost month-by-month into superior athletes. In the sports arena, we have seen men in their forties defy aging, defeating men half their age on the football field and the baseball diamond thanks to the help of modern sports medicine.

Their use is undeniable – but their availability is very limited. Without a valid doctor’s prescription, the only way for most people to obtain steroids is through an illegal purchase from an online manufacturing facility, or through the use of a local dealer. Either action is a felony which can result in seizure of property and possibly ending up locked up behind bars, a cost which is definitely too high for most casual bodybuilders. There are some steroids alternatives, in the forms of diet, training, supplements, and patience, which can help to give you some improved results.

Let’s check out a list of some steroids alternatives. Remember t  ------

The Top Four Bodybuilding Supplements of 2010

DaneFletcher The year of a new and more muscular you has arrived. No more messing around in the gym and with your diet like you did last year. This year, it’s all about results. You’re ready to commit to a steady diet of the lean proteins and slow-burning carbohydrate sources you need for adding muscle. You’re also well aware of the fact you’ve slacked in the gym in the past. Those days are gone. You’re all about steady consistent training now! The last leg of this bodybuilding stool is that of bodybuilding supplements. Sure, you used a few last year, but you never really took them all that seriously. You would use them for a few days, and then revert to skipping them for a while. As a result, you never saw the full benefit of them, or enjoyed the muscle gains that come with consistent supplement use. That’s okay, all is not lost! The year is new, and so are you. Let’s check out the top four supplements you should be using in 2010 to reach new levels of muscle size and strength without adding any new body fat to your frame.

Creatine
Yes, it’s been around forever, and it was probably one of the first supplements you used years ago. But that is because it works. Without a doubt, creatine works   ------

03-05-10: Too much, too soon.

Rogue I recently started trying to find my workout stried, so I could maintain a productive pace, without being sidelined too long for over-taxing my body. I've always loved martial arts, and recently learned- albeit painfully- that my body's just not ready to handle the rigors of doing kickboxing again. So I've chosen to pull that back to once a week, for now. I took to doing strength training in the mornings, and cardio after work, to help me get back in shape to do martial arts again. Once more, I learned that even with while working towards a healthy diet and staying properly hydrated, my immune system was not quite there, and so have been fighting back the symptoms of a possible oncoming cold. I decided to pull back on the cardio for now, and just focus on the strength training. Then today, I woke up with a serious migraine. I missed my morning workout : ( However, I'm trying not to get down too hard on myself. It's a missed workout, but not my last workout. The road back is definitely NOT easy.  ------

Ideas for Saving Money on Bodybuilding Products

DaneFletcher Are you looking for bodybuilding coupons? Seeking some shortcuts to savings on the supplements you love for helping you to achieve greater muscle mass, increased strength, and lower body fat levels? Check out these ideas for saving money on bodybuilding products or, in effect, bodybuilding coupons.

Price Comparison
This should be common purchasing practice with any product. Supplements are especially easy to comparison shop, as they are easy to find online. When buying, select a website that will match the best price you can find.

Buying in Bulk
If you use a lot of creatine or whey protein powder, it makes sense to purchase it in lots of 2 or 4 units, in order to shave 5 to 10 dollars off of the price of each. Sellers love selling this way, as they move inventory out fast and they don’t have to worry about high shipping rates.

Buying on expiration date
Suppose you fly through 2 or 3 tubs of protein each month as you eat like an animal on your way to 225 pounds of pure muscle. Most protein powders have a 2-year shelf life. If you were to purchase (locally or from a website) protein with only 6 months left before expiration, you should be able to dictate  ------
