Ok here is an overview. Fitness trainer, full time, my only work. Have a good setup via a studio style facility which occupies much of one level of my home. I start training at 4-am everyday through the week, train pretty much all day and close off about 7 7:30 at night. Saturday is make up or extra session day and I go 7 to noon.
No real specialization in focus, clients are varied in age from 13 to 60, although I do not train pre and immediately post pregnancy clients, the very old. Youth are welcome, must have an adult with them at all times. Have between 30 and 50 active clients at a given time, and a handful of Figure Competitors in various stages of prep. I have a distance relationship via email and occasional visit with another 20 or so athletes ( clients )
Not really focused on pure BB but more my style is a mish mash of P90X/Last 10 lb. Bootcamp/HIIT/traditional lifting and exercise/PLYOMETRICS and I suppose Sport Specific and Balance training
My client base is 98% female.
I believe training should be, and in no particular order, intense, effective, a ton of fun, a dash of pain, and financially affordable.
Not here looking for clients, just looking to answer some questions, learn some stuff, get some inspiration, hear some gossip, kill a little time with a subject I enjoy.
