About Michigan Po-Po
Name: Paul Age: 31 Height: 5'9in. Weight: 195 From: Michigan Marriage Status: Single
Main Goal: Get a lot more lean Best Features: Hard to say Wants To Change: Lose the fat Motivation: Staying Alive Advice: Rome wasn't built in a day....Be patient
Ok, my original bio got erased so here is a new one. I've actually been on this site for a little over a year and have gotten some great advice and met some great people. I'm here to get advice and motivation to lose the bodyfat that is covering my hard earned muscle. A little about me....I joined the Army at 19 and spent my tour of duty (3yrs) on Fort Knox. After getting out I finished my associates degree in law enforcement and put myself through the police academy. Upon completion of the academy I started my career as an officer which I've been doing for 7 years now. While it has it's ups and downs I couldn't imagine doing anything else. While a big part of the reason I workout is for the aesthetics, it is, as far as I'm concerned, a matter of life a death. I've had my fair share of knock down drag out fights where, if I weren't in the shape I'm in, I would surely have been seriously injured if not killed. Not to mention it helps keep me sane... Like I said I'm here for advice and motivation. However, if anyone feels I can help them in some way I'd be more than happy to do so.

That's awesome you can relate. It's funny, I wrote all that down in a rant and had no real place to share it but I'm glad I did. You look great too, strong and fit.

wow! okay. I love doing squats. This is kinda how I do them. Let me know if this is good. I mean I feel it. LOL. I use a ball and place it btwn my back and the wall. I stand with my feet wide and squat til I look like I'm really sitting in a chair. back up. And I do like 25 sets. Then I squat and pulse 3 times and back up. And do those for 25. Then I do the routine over again. Oh, and I squat and hold it for 30 secs at the end of both of those. I normally use a 15 lb weight, except on when I'm just squatting and holding. What do you think. I change it up too though. Not the same thing everytime. I do lunges too. Oh, And I do squats where I put one leg on the bench and squat down. I dont really know if I do those right, but I saw someone doing them and it hopefully seems to help. Thanks so much for your comments and your suggestions. I would love to not have an ounce of fat on me. LOL
