hey whats up my name is rob i'm from trenton nj, i have been lift off and on more off then on since i was 10 years old i love lifting weight how and strong i am. now i'm trying to get in better shape than i was in high school when i played football and ran track.  My ultimate goal is  8 pack.  i want some ripped ass abs and hopefully i'm well on my way to this goal. i hope to meet some strong athletic people on this site so we can all motivate eachother

Thanks for the comment.. everything is going GREAT couldn't be better.. I'm doing P90X and LOVING the changes I'm getting... its amazing.. how are things going with you?
