My name is kaley, i am married and have three boys under the age of 3 and my youngest is only 7weeks old. im new to working out...i mean..i do occasional sit-ups and push-ups. im not all for going out and buying things to get my body back. id rather do it in my own home where nobody can see me. id love to have more motivation and the drive to do something, but its hard when i have a these lil boys runnin around. only when they are napping or sleeping for the night do i have time to exersize. if anyone has any suggestions on what type of at-home-exercise really works..let me know!

Whatever you are doing, keep it up. I'm sure you got the energy to do it, especially when you have to chase around kids that young.

Hey Girl,

Read your profile and I really give you alot of credit for wanting to get back in shape so quickly after your last baby! I dpn't work out much so I can't help you advice wise there, but I do eat nutriously. I am a certified natural health consultant and have an interest in healthy eating ever since I can remember. Don't count calories so much as it is more important to watch portions. If you need any specific advice on food, just ask me. Good luck with your goals and raising your 3 beautiful boys. I have 2 boys myself :)

Anyway, just thought I would say, I can totally relate to wanting to workout at home....away from everyone.  I am a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 2.....and do all my workouts at home.  I have an ellipitical, free weights and a total gym elite......

Good luck with your aspirations.....and if I can help in any way please don't hesitate to ask.

Sounds like you have your hands full. The Body for Life website had some workouts and eating plans for people who did not want to go to a gym or buy alot of supplaments. Eating clean is a huge part of it. If you need anything feel free to ask.
