I LOVE BODYBUILDING CAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF AND I LOOK BETTER, AND JUST TO IMPROVE MY BODY TO BE THE BEST I CAN BE. THIS IS NOT AN EASY SPORT BUT IT"S ONE THAT I LOVE MORE THAN ANYTHING I HAVE EVER DONE BEFORE, LIKE FOOTBALL OR BASKETBALL, YOU DON"T HAVE TEAMMATES TO DEPEND ON WHEN YOU ARE ON THE STAGE, BUT YOU WILL NEED PEOPLE TO SUPPORT YOU AS MUCH POSSIBLE, LIKE FAMILY AND FRIENDS. MY WIFE JAMIE LOVES THE WAY I LOOK. MY WIFE HAS REALLY BEEN THERE FOR ME, AND THAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR ME. AND WE BOTH LOVE WORKINGOUT TOGETHER SO THAT MAKES IT EVEN MORE FUN, WHEN YOU CAN SPEND TIME WITH THE PERSON YOU LOVE DOING WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO, WHAT CAN BE BETTER THAN THAT?

Hi, Thanks for the friend request.  Congratulations on being in Ironman Magazine-what an accomplishment! Did you get the sword for winning a bodybuilding contest?  Recent KY Muscle winners were given swords and I thought that was so neat! How wonderful you and your wife work out together-that will keep you both focused on health and your child will only benefit from that.  You look fantastic and I am happy to be your bodysite friend.
