I am a 38yr old wanna be weight lifter.  I used to lift in high school & loved it.  I've been married for 11 years & my hubby is a Police Office & lifts also.  I want to have a smokin hot bod by the time I'm 40!  LOL  I want to be strong & firm not flabby.  Cheesecake is my downfall but I have very strong willpower!  Been trying hard for about the last 3 weeks, not going to give up this time!  Lost my Dad to cancer in Oct of last year.  I have one son who's 9.  That's about it, it a nutshell  !!  :)

Hey thanks! I just eat clean and mix up my workouts all the time. I didn't really get anywhere until I really focussed on the nutrition. I'd be more than happy to share any info I have with you!

Hey there thanks for the compliment. As for what I eat it all depends on the time of year. What you see in the picture is after 10 weeks of extremely strict dieting and tough training. So on season (10 to 12 weeks out) I eat 6 times a day about every 2 to 3 hours. The meals consist of lean proteins, the carbs are either rice cakes, oatmeal, sweet potato or brown rice. I get no fruit or dairy. Off season I include fruit, and non-fat dairy but I stick to 5 to 6 small meals. How is your diet right now? Chantie
